Summer 2014 Parent/Guest Orientation Fees

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that the following fees are different if you are attending First Year Student Orientation or Transfer Orientation. Once your student  has selected their program, guests can be added at anytime up until the day before a program. However, if you delete guest(s) and/or make any changes that result in you requesting a refund of charges, you will be assessed a one time $10 service fee to cover the adminstrative costs of the refund. Refunds will not be processed until after the Orientation program you are scheduled for has been completed.

FIRST YEAR ORIENTATION
Parent/Family Fees

  • $99.00 per person for a residence hall room (one person in the room). Includes: lodging on campus, four meals, refreshment breaks and program materials.
  • $89.00 per person for residence hall room (more than one person staying in room). Includes: lodging on campus, four meals, refreshment breaks and program materials.
  • $69.00 per person (guest staying off campus). Includes:  four meals, refreshment breaks and program materials.
  • $20.00 per sibling (ages 18 and under).* Includes: lodging on campus, four meals, refreshment breaks and program materials.  *Siblings will stay in the same room with adult guest(s). They should bring sleeping bags and floor mat, if desired. No mattresses are available.
  • $25.00 per person for extra night lodging. Includes: lodging the night before the start of a program and breakfast the next day.

For Reservations:
Complete the parent/family reservation process by logging into MyOswego, then go to New Student Menu and then step 3! When making a reservation, please have your family member's names ready as well as the type of accommodations that you are seeking.  Confirmations for your program will be sent to your new Oswego email account only.

TRANSFER ORIENTATION
Parent/Family Fees

  • $35 for one-day program - June 26th, July 16th and August 6th. Includes two meals and program materials 
  • $60 for  lodging night before program &  the one-day program  - June 25th, or July 15th, or August 5th.  Fee includes Lodging, two meals and program materials.  
  • $20 for Siblings (ages 18 and under).  Fee includes - lodging (if needed), meals and program materials.

For Reservations:
Complete the parent/family reservation process when reserving a spot for the orientation program date through myOswego! When making a reservation, have family member's names ready as well as the type of accommodations that you are seeking.  You will receive a confirmation for your program through your new Oswego Email Account only
