It is required that you attend Orientation to
receive vital information, such as course placement, academic information, parking information,
computer resources, and to learn about opportunities inside and outside the
classroom.
Orientation is mandatory and all students--First-Year and Transfer--must attend. Details regarding our First Year Orientation programs and our Transfer Orientation programs can be found by clicking the appropriate links on the left side of the screen. In addition to our student orientation programs, we offer a variety of programs for parents and family members including their own orientation program. More details about these programs can be found under the parent/family section. And don't overlook our fall semester opening activities! Its a perfect way of starting your first semester at SUNY Oswego!
