Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR):

Documentation is required for registration.  According to NYS law students born on or after January 1, 1957 need to provide documentation of the following: 1st MMR dose after 1st birthday and second dose at least one month or greater from 1st dose.

Recommended Immunizations:

Diptheria Tetanus:  Booster is recommended every 10 years. Offered free of charge.

Tetanus Diptheria with acellular Pertussis:  Suggested at the next booster opportunity. Available at cost.

Gardasil (HPV vaccine):  Available free of charge through NYS vaccines for children for women under 19.  The vaccine is administered in 3 doses. For individuals 19 and older call the Health Center for information.  Link: CDC website and Gardasil website.

Hepatitis B: Available free of charge through NYS vaccines for children for individuals under age 20. Individuals >19 yrs. old may receive the three injection series at a cost of $30.00 per injection. Link: CDC website.
