Bob Casper, Director: Bob's main responsibilities include overall office supervision, handling all budgetary matters, coordinating selection, training and supervision of the peer advisor staff and one graduate assistant, liaison for Teacher Recruitment Days, handles a heavy career counseling schedule, and conducts class and other group presentations. He has worked in Career Services at Hartwick College, SUNY Fredonia, and SUNY Plattsburgh, where he earned his M. Ed.
Gary Morris, Assistant Director: Gary's main responsibilities include the office web site, all employer relations functions, on-campus recruitment, writing office publications, the annual graduate survey, supervising public relations interns and one graduate assistant, career counseling and class and other group presentations. He has worked in Career Services at Hobart & William Smith, Union College and Kent State University, where he earned his M. Ed.
Michele May, Office Manager: Michele’s main responsibilities include managing the credentials file system, and supervision and maintenance of the entire front desk operation. She hires and supervises all student workers, assists in the production of our Graduate Survey, and manages the financial records, as well as assisting with career fairs and other on-campus events. Michele is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and previously worked in the Counseling Services Center before joining the Career Services staff. Michele looks forward to assisting you in the Career Services office.
Chris Doyle, Recruitment Specialist:Chris' main responsibilities include assisting with the credentials system, managing the administrative aspects of our on-campus recruitment programs, supervising the job vacancy bulletins and handling the front desk and incoming phone calls. She also assists with the production of our graduate survey.
Tania Chen, Graduate Assistant: Tania’s main responsibilities include assisting with the employer relations functions of the office, helping students with the job search process, and providing support for all major events. She is a graduate of SUNY Oswego (Business Administration, 2008) and is currently enrolled full-time in the Master of Business Administration program.
