The Career Services Office maintains a Reference Folder Mailing Service for
our Seniors, Graduate Students and Alumni. Eligible candidates are encouraged
to contact the office directly to receive a registration packet or download
these forms below. The fee for initiating the Reference Folder is $20 and this
covers the first 5 distribution requests. The purpose of the reference
file is to maintain a set of references at Career Services for distribution, at
the registrant's request, to potential employers and graduate schools. By
utilizing this service, registrants are able to keep their references safely on
file for 15 years, and can maintain confidential references for distribution in
their job search. There are relevant policies and fees associated with this
service. Please read the information below carefully after you download the
entire package in Adobe Acrobat format.

To request your folder to be sent, do one
of the following:
a. complete online
form
b. download a
request form and mail/fax it to our office (84kb pdf file)
c. Come to the Career Services office and fill out form
