You will be able to park in Lot E18, highlighted in yellow. Ticketing will be suspended in Lot E18 during the event so you do not need a parking permit. Overflow parking is in lot E-2, across Rt. 104. All other lots will issue tickets to vehicles without permits. We will have two shuttle vans available in Lot E-18 to get you to the event location and back to your vehicle.
The actual event, weather permitting, will be held outside on the walkway (highlighted in blue) to maximize student traffic to your organization. You'll want to take into account the possibility of a breeze, direct sun, or cooler temperatures as you plan your stay with us. In the event of rain, we will move to our indoor location (Campus Center gym, highlighted in green)- material drop off will be on the west side of lot E-10, and parking lots remain the same - staff will be available to assist you.
You may also want to download a pdf handout on job fair tips (108kb) for attending organizations. We look forward to meeting with you and appreciate your support of our programs.
Save travels and we hope this program provides an excellent way to inform all students of career and internship opportunities with your organization.
Sincerely,
