If you have extenuating circumstances and are unable to pay online,
please contact the Career Services Office at 315-312-2255.
We may be able to arrange for other methods of payment.
We hope this program provides an excellent way to inform all students of career and internship opportunities with your organization. Feel free to ship any items to our office and we will have the materials waiting at your table. The shipping address is: Attn: José Miguel Longo, The Compass, 145 Campus Center, SUNY Oswego, Oswego, NY 13126.
Linked is a pdf map (950kb) of the campus which will direct you to the Campus Center Entrance (highlighted in pink) should you have materials to unload. Parking for the October 10th, Fall Career & Internship Fair will be in Lot EC-7 (highlighted in yellow). Ticketing will be suspended in this lot during this event so you will not need a parking permit. Parking in areas on campus other than Lot EC-7 will result in a parking ticket that our parking office will not be able to waive.
From Lot EC-7, take the Centro bus (green route) over to the Campus Center. The green bus route runs continuously from Lot EC-7 to the Campus Center drop off point and back to Lot EC-7 from 7:00 am - 8:30 pm. We recommend you arrive in the parking lot in plenty of time to catch a bus over for the start of the event. We will have staff available to assist you at the drop off point to bring your materials to the gymnasium. We will also have green passenger vans waiting near the bus stop in this lot that will take you over to the event as well. The green vans will have career fair signs in the windows.
You may set up for the fair from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. Your organization will be provided with a six foot table, a basic locator sign, and chairs. We suggest that you bring multiple copies of any literature on your programs and be prepared to answer questions about your profession and organization. We will NOT be able to provide reliable online access for your laptop during the Fall Career & Internship Fair. Electrical access is extremely limited, so please be prepared to operate on battery for the event.
If there is a change in any of the information you indicated on your registration form or if you have questions regarding this event, please call us at (315) 312-2255. We look forward to seeing you on campus and appreciate your support of our program!
