- All assignments must be typed; font: Times; size:12; double-spaced
-Since this course focuses on job searching issues, you may need to spend some
extra time outside of these requirements (ie. self-assessment) to catch up with
the career planning process.
- Your evaluation will resemble a job performance evaluation more than a course
grade, with written feedback halfway through the course.
- Extensions on work will be reality-based; just like on the job, you will
receive 1 or 2 day extensions, not weeks.
- All sources must be appropriately credited within paper
- Job searching, especially in this economy, requires you to impress the
employer verbally, in writing and in action. The assignments in this course
reflect these requirements. Use this class to polish your strengths and to
improve those areas that are challenging for you.
- If you have difficulty with a particular assignment or type of assignment,
please see us before it is due. Given advance notice, we will do our best to
work with you.
