Spring 2015 ETIQUETTE DINING EVENT
Career Services has partnered with Auxiliary Services to bring to you an outstanding Etiquette Dining experience on Tuesday, March 31st, 2015.
** This event will run from 5:30-8:30pm (you are highly encouraged to be there at 5pm) in Sheldon Hall.
** We will be running a "Linkedin" photo booth from 3:30-5:30pm on location to help you develop a professional image for your Linkedin account. As long as you are dressed up, why not get a great shot so your first impression is a professional image?
This etiquette event will help you to:
Understand the networking process, including how to make introductions, the art of small talk, finding common ground, situational awareness, joining groups for conversations, and much more.
This event will be hosted by renowned speaker Ms. Barbara Lang, where she will use her signature approach to teaching proper etiquette through humor in storytelling. This will be extremely beneficial to students as they begin the process of interviewing for positions, networking with industry contacts, and establishing their professional presence.
All attendees are expected to dress in business casual attire at a minimum.
