Choose one of the following entree's at time of ticket purchase
- Chicken Farci - Baked chicken breast with a vegetable stuffing topped with a tarragon sauce
- London Broil - Thinly sliced London Broil topped with a mushroom sherry sauce and served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes
- Vegetable Stir Fry (vegan) - A colorful blend of fresh vegetables and stir fry sauces sautéed just right and served over rice

etiquette while giving advice on how to manage difficult dining situations.
