Menu for the February 2008 Program


Choose one of the following entree's at time of ticket purchase

  • Chicken Farci - Baked chicken breast with a vegetable stuffing topped with a tarragon sauce 
  • London Broil - Thinly sliced London Broil topped with a mushroom sherry sauce and served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes 
  • Vegetable Stir Fry  (vegan) - A colorful blend of fresh vegetables and stir fry sauces sautéed just right and served over rice

Tossed Garden Salad with House Dressing

Mr. Earle will provide a presentation during the meal highlighting and reviewing dining practices and proper
etiquette while giving advice on how to manage difficult dining situations.

- $12.00 for Students/$15.00 for Faculty, Staff and the Public

- Advance Purchase Required By Friday, February 22, 2008

- Tickets may be purchased at the Campus Center Box Office, located near the plaza entrance and the ice arena. Payment options include cash, personal checks made out to SUNY Oswego, or by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
