Planetarium show: "Pluto: Lone Dog No More"
Once thought to be a lonely planet at the edge of the solar system, Pluto has turned out to have more "friends and neighbors" than ever imagined. Dr. Scott Roby of SUNY Oswego's physics department will explore Pluto's controversial history and preview the first-ever spacecraft flyby of Pluto this July. Maureen Sanchez '88
Maureen is a 1988 graduate of SUNY Oswego. After graduating, she had a 20-year career in software
sales and marketing, where she consistently was recognized as a top producer. After a four-year hiatus
to start her family, she rejoined the sales force reinvented and re-energized in the world of high-end
food selling to the top restaurants in the Midwest. She was a contestant on the Food Network's highest
rated show "Chopped" and enjoys teaching people to cook by throwing successful "how-to" dinner
parties in client homes.
