To promote and provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to express their creativity whether they are gamers, role-players, dramatic artists, writers, storytellers, or others; and to promote the positive aspects of gaming and eliminate negative stereotypes regarding gamers and gaming culture.

ARCON February 27th-March 1
ARCON is the STG's annual gaming convention. We have table tops, e-gaming, strategy games and many others. This year, the con is February 27, 28 and March 1 in the Hewitt Union. We have many vendors including Boldo's Armory from Rochester, and The Comic Shop. Our special guests include CJ Henderson, author of Cthulthu Mythos, and X-strike Studios, makers of video game parody movies. We also have many special events, including a talk on World Building and Time travel and Capture the Flag with Stuff.
