  • What is SIFE?

SIFE stands for Students In Free Enterprise. It is a volunteer, student run organization that operates in and around the community dealing with such issues and topics as Financial Independence, Entrepreneurship, Globalization, Ethics, and more. • What do students in SIFE do?

As a member of SIFE you will be placed in a project group that caters best to your interests. The project you will work on is one of many that are taking place during the year. There is an annual competition in which we present to judges information regarding the projects we undertook. The projects are designed to fullfill the assigned criteria for that year.

  • How can SIFE help you?

SIFE is by far the best networking tool available to students at SUNY Oswego. At these competitions you will have a chance to meet and give your resume's to representatives of SIFE sponsoring companies such as Wal-Mart, Pepsi, and Coca-Cola just to name a few.
