Before using the downloadable files, please refer to the identity
standards for the State University of New York at Oswego. Please see minimum
size restrictions. For quick reference, our official Pantone® Matching
System (PMS) green is PMS357 Hunter Green for coated paper and uncoated
paper. Black is also an accepted standard color for our logotype.
Three pixel-based file types are available online:
Mac-TIF, PC-TIF, BMP
Each file type is available in a vertical or horizontal logotype style, and black or green color.
Each file type is available in two physical sizes at 100% scale: Small & Large
The physical measurements of each logotype style is as follows:
Small:
Vertical = 2.277" x 1.565"
Horizontal = 2.798" x 0.962"
(Small is the size used on the campus letterhead standard)
Large:
Vertical = 6.042"x 4.35"
Horizontal = 7.473" x 2.598"
Each has a resolution of 600 ppi (pixels per inch) at 100% scale.
The Publications Office recommends TIF & BMP file types for office use. BMP file format is not recommended for commercial printing. Please consult the Publications Office at 315.312.3130 for recommendations regarding commercially printed documents. We have extended options available that may better suit individual needs.
