Assunta Catalano

Assunta Catalano, born and raised in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. She moved to Long Island when she was 10. Assunta had taken dance and karate all her life and kept active with it, adding swimming as another love. She is a junior journalism major at SUNY Oswego and is very determined to succeed in what she wants after graduation. Assunta plans to intern at Good Times magazine this summer, a music magazine in Long Island. Her plan is to work for a magazine, preferably fashion or beauty, and work in NYC upon graduating. She is involved with dance at Oswego, Sigma Delta Tau (a national sorority) and keeps herself busy by working at the Alumni association. Assunat is very busy with her school work as well as hanging out with all her friends and enjoying the beautiful end-of-the-year weather at Oswego.
