Each session has one or two presentations.
In the case of one presentation, here is the format:
Presenter: 20 minutes
Provacateur 1: 10 minutes
Provocateur 2: 10 minutes
Open Discussion: 50 minutes
In the case of two presentations, here is the format:
Presenter 1: 20 minutes
Presenter 2: 20 minutes
Provocateur 1: 10 minutes
Provocateur 2: 10 minutes
Open Discussion: 30 minutes
Please adhere to the time limits. Keep the discussions focused. Try to give the “quiet ones” a chance to speak. Work with the recorder to get a good summary of the session to report.
