Around 550 students are eligible to take part in SUNY Oswego’s Sesquicentennial December Commencement, at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the Campus Center arena. The graduates are pursuing many different roads to, and from, the stage.

Passionate for the cure
Proudly pink—SUNY Oswego employees gather outside Hewitt Union to show their support Oct. 6 for the college’s annual “Passionately Pink for the Cure” campaign on behalf of the national Susan G. Komen for the Cure during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Deborah Arduini of the college’s Student Accounts Office, who has organized the fundraiser for 12 years, said the event raised $3,819.50 from all activities, which included donations, a drawing for gift baskets, and the SUNY Oswego Fitness Centers’ Great Pumpkin Run.
