Andrew Nelson, former director of SUNY Oswego’s Rice Creek Field Station, will deliver a talk on invasive plant species and lead a walk to view some of them, starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at the college’s Fallbrook Lodge.
Winners among the 331 finalists will receive awards in the global high school environmental competition. Many students dress in native costume for the ceremony and wave their nations' flags. 312-2698.
