SUNY technology grant to power innovative teaching projects at Oswego
A new SUNY grant will support one Oswego professor’s attempt to create a replicable model for his alternate reality education gaming experience, and another to better help future teachers work visual and digital tools into their lessons.

Statement from SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley on Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's Jan. 4 State of the State Address:
“I applaud Governor Cuomo for empowering the creative ideas that can help sustain and amplify the outstanding work happening throughout the SUNY system. With Chancellor Zimpher’s leadership, and the goals of the Power of SUNY giving us a path forward, the three additional $20 million 2020 Challenge Grants announced yesterday will significantly increase the benefits our campuses can bring to bear on success for all of the citizens of New York state.”

On the release of the SUNY Report Card
May 17, SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley said:
“The SUNY Report Card is a great start at using metrics to help provide focus and direction as we work to bring excellence and accountability to every aspect of our entire State University system, and it will only improve as we further refine the metrics to give us the best and most helpful information.
