SUNY Oswego’s largest-ever early-decision class represents good news as the college recruits in a competitive market for its fall 2013 freshmen, officials said.
Only eight classes met on SUNY Oswego’s main campus and its Metro Center in Syracuse during January, but the college’s WinterSession enrollment was up 21 percent over last year. The explanation: 28 online classes.
