SUNY Oswego’s Small Business Development Center will offer an online small business training course beginning Aug. 13. The first 10 people to sign up will receive a scholarship to cover the $200 cost.

The course will provide step-by-step classroom instruction designed to guide prospective entrepreneurs through aspects of starting and managing a small business. Topics will include business planning, accounting and tax issues, business law, marketing, and other basic business start-up concepts.
