Dr. John Burns, president of Robert Burns Training, will facilitate “Fundamentals of Marketing” on April 11, 18, 25, May 2 and 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. This seminar is part of the ongoing American Management Association program series offered by the SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development in Phoenix.
During the five sessions, participants will learn how to gather critical research data, develop new product strategies, create innovative opportunities for mature products, identify buyer behavior, set prices and target specific market segments.
Burns has more than 30 years of combined experience as an active trainer, educator and director of sales training for a Fortune 200 company. He has worked with over 25,000 professionals, salespeople and managers in a variety of organizations around the country.
