Dr. Todd Graber of Oswego’s music faculty and Anthony Crain, emeritus professor of music at Oswego, will be among the professional musicians in the second annual Grace Moore Concert on Oct. 9 in Mexico.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. in the Avery Skinner Auditorium of the Mexico High School.
Among the other performers will be a string trio from the Eastman School of Music and the Syracuse Chamber Singers.
The program will include a selection of two-piano music including a movement from a Mozart piano concerto for two pianos, classical and Broadway songs for tenor, solo piano selections and several pop standards by a jazz vocalist.
Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and $4 for students. They are available in advance at SUNY Oswego’s Tyler Hall box office as well as at the door on Oct. 9.
A “meet the performer” reception will be held immediately after the concert in the Hungerford Library upstairs at the school.
