The American Management Association and the SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development have partnered for their first two-day professional development classes.
Three noncredit courses will be held during the day to accommodate those interested in completing the class within two consecutive days from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. instead of over five weeks at night.
The two-day session of “Fundamentals of Human Resource Management” will run Oct. 17 and 18. The back-to-back daylong sessions of “Leadership Skills for Managers” will unfold Nov. 2 and 3. “Coaching for Top Performance Goals” will meet Nov. 7 and 8. All courses will convene at the Oswego State Education Center, 70 County Route 59 in Phoenix.
The cost to attend is $279 per course and includes tuition, AMA books and all materials.
