More than 300 courses of various lengths, times and topics are available through Oswego’s Summer Sessions, which began May 30.
The college offers three-week and six-week courses, as well as many evening and online options, said Tom Ingram, assistant director of continuing education and coordinator of Summer Sessions.
“Almost 20 percent of the courses we offer are online classes. Approximately 40 percent of the courses are in the evening,” Ingram said. “So it’s fairly easy to take a course if anyone wants to.”
Students have said they like to take advantage of the condensed learning schedule and an opportunity to study by the lakeshore in summer.
Session 1 runs May 30 to June 16, with Session 2 from June 19 to July 7, Session 3 July 10 to 28 and Session 4 spanning July 31 to August 18.
