The American Management Association and the SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development have partnered to offer a two-day intensive “Project Management” class.
Then non-credit certificate program will meet from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on consecutive Mondays, Jan. 30 and Feb. 6, at the Oswego State Education Center, 70 County Route 59 in Phoenix. The cost to attend is $279 and includes tuition, AMA books and all materials.
During the daylong sessions, participants will learn how to set measurable objectives, estimate and control project costs, design schedules, and manage relationships across the spectrum of project stakeholders. The skills learned in this class are applicable within any organizational setting.
The SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development is dedicated to partnering with business, government and non-profit organizations to develop and deliver customized employee training based on current and future business needs.
