O.A.R. to perform April 21 at SUNY's Oswego's Campus Center

O.A.R. will appear in concert Saturday, April 21, bringing its blend of jam rock, pop and reggae to SUNY Oswego’s Campus Center arena.

Singer-songwriter Nic Cowan will open at 8 p.m. for the band whose name stands for Of a Revolution, known for its 11 albums including live recordings, online distribution to college students and such songs as “Hey Girl,” “Love and Memories,” “Shattered (Turn the Car Around),” “Lay Down,” “This Town,” “Heaven” and the newest single “Gotta Be Wrong Sometimes.” Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

O.A.R.The concert’s sponsor, Oswego’s Student Association Programming Board, said the arena’s capacity that night will be 2,750.

Tickets for SAPB’s spring concert, priced at $20, are available at all SUNY Oswego box offices, online at http://tickets.oswego.edu or by calling 312-2141. Parking in campus lots is free that night for those attending this performance.
