SUNY Oswego alumnus and hit film producer Andrew Miano will be on campus Thursday evening for a screening of “Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist.”
Miano, whose producer credits include the Academy Award-nominated “A Single Man” and Oscar-winning “The Golden Compass,” will take questions from the audience after the 6:30 p.m. film in Room 305 of Park Hall.
The screening and talk are free and open to the public. Parking in campus lots is free evenings and weekends.
A theatre and creative writing double major during his time at SUNY Oswego, the 1995 graduate now works as a film and television producer for Depth of Field in Los Angeles. Miano is executive producer of the soon-to-be-released “Little Fockers,” the third installment in the popular “Meet the Parents” franchise.
The Oswego Alumni Association’s Alumni-in-Residence program is sponsoring Miano’s visit. AIR is designed to bring accomplished Oswego alumni back to campus to share their knowledge and career experiences with current students, talk directly with students and faculty and hold special presentations open to the entire Oswego community.
