SUNY Oswego’s Institute for Professional and Organizational Development will offer an Intermediate Project Management class from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and 8 at the Oswego State Education Center, 70 County Route 59 in Phoenix.
The cost to attend is $319.
During the two sessions, participants will learn how to create a work breakdown structure for their project, design an accurate work schedule, recognize critical project documentation, communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders, and identify the components of a request-for-proposal to determine an appropriate response.
The instructor, Dale Currier, has more than 20 years of experience facilitating continuing education classes and designing and managing a wide variety of multifaceted projects.
