'Cram courses' to prepare students for Graduate Record Exam

SUNY Oswego Metro Center in Syracuse will offer preparation for the Graduate Record Examination on two pairs of Saturdays in July and August.

Instructor Dan Bacich will offer a GRE “cram course” in verbal and analytical writing skills from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Saturday, July 7 and 14. Bacich will cover the preparation for the quantitative portion of the standardized examination, which is required for entrance to many graduate degree programs, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21 and Aug. 4.

The sessions will provide knowledge and tools to prepare more effectively for the GRE, which is also accepted in more than 400 MBA programs.

The cost for each two-day session is $190; registration for all four days is $340. Discounts are available for students and alumni of SUNY Oswego.
