The American Management Association and the SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development have partnered to offer three daytime professional development classes.
The three noncredit courses will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate those interested in completing the classes over two days instead of through evening sessions.
The two-day session of “Keeping Customers for Life” will run April 21 and 28. “Leadership Skills for Managers” is offered on May 5 and 12. “How to Improve Your Memory” will meet May 8 and 15. All courses will convene at the Oswego State Education Center, 70 County Route 59 in Phoenix, next to Exit 14 on Route 481.
The cost to attend is $279 per course and includes tuition, AMA books and all materials.
The SUNY Oswego Institute for Professional and Organizational Development is dedicated to partnering with business, government and nonprofit organizations to develop and deliver customized employee training based on current and future business needs.
