The traditional Torchlight ceremony, symbolizing the passing of knowledge, will be among the highlights of this year’s Commencement Eve celebration on Friday, May 16

Mistress of ceremonies for this year’s Torchlight, which will begin at 9 p.m. in Sheldon Park, is Benita Zahn, a 1976 Oswego graduate and award-winning co-anchor of “NewsChannel 13 Live” in Albany.
