Chancellor's visit to feature two live Webcasts

SUNY logoSUNY Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher’s visit to Oswego on Wednesday, July 15, will include two live Webcasts of special events.

A morning Webcast from approximately 8:20 to 9 a.m. will stream from the SUNY Oswego Metro Center in Syracuse. Chancellor Zimpher will offer remarks and Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley will announce a new scholarship program. Additionally, Stanley will award Presidential Medals to two Oswego alumni: Ginny Donohue, an education advocate and founder of On Point for College, and acclaimed author/leadership development expert Lois Frankel.

Zimpher and Stanley also will host an open forum at approximately 3:15 p.m. in the Campus Center auditorium. The session, where the higher education leaders will discuss the present and future of the college and SUNY system and field audience questions, also will be streamed live.
