Three Oswego State student-athletes earned All-American honors at the NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships in Houston.
Junior diver Kevin Morgan (pictured) captured two first-team All-American finishes. He finished in fourth place in both the 3-meter (483.60) and 1-meter (448.40) competitions. Morgan has won All-American mention all three years of his college career, including another first-team honor last year.
Junior swimmer Greg Doyle also earned a first-team All-American berth, finishing eighth in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:41.30.
Another junior diver, Chris Dotson, finished 15th in the 1-meter competition for honorable mention All-American recognition.
The program has enjoyed continued success under Kami Gardner as coach of Oswego’s swimming and diving teams, with John Moore serving as diving coach.
“We applaud our swimming and diving athletes,” SUNY Oswego President Deborah F. Stanley said. “Their accomplishments have brought national recognition to our program.”
