SUNY Oswego’s College-Community Orchestra and Concert Band will join forces for a 3 p.m. performance Sunday, March 16, in the Sheldon Hall ballroom on campus.

“The College Orchestra will perform Dvorak’s beloved Symphony No. 8 in G major, a serene yet powerful romantic symphony colored by the composer’s typical ethnic flavor,” said Juan Francisco La Manna, the orchestra’s director and a professor of music at SUNY Oswego.

Admission is a suggested $5 donation to benefit the SUNY Oswego Music Department Excellence Fund. SUNY Oswego students are admitted free.
