Four Lakers scored a total of six All-American honors at the NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming and Diving Championship Meet in Oxford, Ohio.
Senior Kevin Morgan (pictured) led the way with two first-team All-American awards. He finished sixth in the 3-meter dive on Saturday to follow up an eighth-place finish in the 1-meter competition on Thursday. Freshman Shawn Merlin picked up two honorable-mention All-American honors by finishing 11th in the 3-meter dive and 12th in the 1-meter. Senior Chris Dotson added honorable-mention All-American recognition by placing 15th in the 1-meter dive.
On Friday, senior swimmer Greg Doyle earned first-team All-American honors by finishing fourth in the 200-yard freestyle, bettering his school record in the process.
