Still Among ‘Best’

Oswego named a 'Best Northeastern College,' again

SUNY Oswego is one of the best colleges and universities in the Northeast, according to the Princeton Review. Oswego is one of 212 institutions it recommends in its book “The Best Northeastern Colleges: 2009 Edition,” published this month by Random House/Princeton Review Books.

Science Upgrade

$69.5 million to fund completion of renovated science facilities

The approved 2008-09 state budget includes $69.5 million for a new science building at SUNY Oswego. The strategic initiative funding supports the third phase of improvements to the college’s 1960s-era science facilities.

Women’s Soccer Missed opportunities down Lakers in 1-0 loss to RIT

The Oswego State women’s soccer team could not take advantage of limited scoring opportunities, while visiting Rochester Institute of Technology made an early goal in the first half stand up in a 1-0 victory over the Lakers on Tuesday, Oct. 14 in a non-conference matchup on Laker Field.
