Women's Hockey Records Sweep After 3-0 Win Against Buffalo State The Oswego State women's hockey team registered its first series sweep of the season by defeating Buffalo State 3-0 on its home ice on Sunday afternoon. Senior Kendra Lemire (Falher, Alberta) proved the bulk of the scoring punch for the Lakers as she tallied two goals in the second period. Oswego State goaltender Emi Williams (Jr., Anchorage, Alaska) recorded her first shutout of the season by posting 21 saves. The Lakers improved to 4-3-0 overall and 3-3-0 in ECAC West competition, while the Bengals dropped to 2-5-0 overall and 2-3 in the conference.

Cold Shooting Hurts Women's Basketball In 60-53 Loss To Roberts Wesleyan
The Oswego State women's basketball team struggled offensively in the second half as it shot 17.6 percent from the floor on 6-of-34 shooting as the Lakers fell to Roberts Wesleyan 60-53 in the championship game of the Max Ziel Tournament on Sunday afternoon in Oswego. The Raiders held Oswego State to nine points in the final 11:26 of the game, while Roberts Wesleyan scored eight of the contest's last 11 points. Brittany McMillon, who was selected as the tournament MVP, paced the Raiders with 14 points and 13 rebounds, while Kayla Ryan (So., Schaghticoke, N.Y.) and Rachel Kohrs (Sr., New Lebanon, N.Y.) recorded 10 points apiece for the Lakers.
