Vague de Cirque acrobats to bring big top to Oswego campus

A circus wave—the English meaning of Vague de Cirque—strikes the shore of Lake Ontario when eight versatile international acrobats perform in a heated yellow tent on the SUNY Oswego campus with 7:30 p.m. shows Wednesday through Friday, April 15 to 17, and at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18.

Oswego County Workforce Development holds 10th Youth Career Summit

The Workforce Development Board of Oswego County, a branch of the SUNY Oswego Office of Business and Community Relations, hosted its 10th annual Youth Career Summit recently in Lanigan Hall at the college, with 450 Oswego County eighth-grade students in attendance.

SUNY Oswego students blending creative writing, illustration, filmmaking, music, design and computer skills have teamed the last two semesters to launch Exist, a multimedia magazine app inspired by the college’s Graphic Flash fiction-and-artwork exhibitions.
