Maniacal 4 trombonists to make music in multiple campus venues

SUNY Oswego’s campus will host free concerts the afternoon of Wednesday, March 25, featuring a quartet of Texan trombonists playing music from a wide variety of genres and time periods.

Mother to share tragic experience in talk on risk-taking teen drivers

The mother of a teenager who died as a passenger in a car crash with a drunk friend at the wheel will speak on “Teen Driving and Risky Behaviors” at 7 p.m. Monday, March 23, in SUNY Oswego’s Marano Campus Center auditorium. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Photographer of Civil Rights Movement to speak

Matt Herron, whose photographs of the Civil Rights Movement in the mid-1960s have appeared in publications around the globe, will give a free artist’s talk at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, in SUNY Oswego’s Marano Campus Center auditorium, as part of the college’s semester-long exploration of race and identity titled “Race. Place. Being.”
