New women's hockey club looks to rekindle tradition

Athletics catches playoff fever

imageThree teams took place in intense playoff action this weekend. The women’s hoops team fell in overtime in the SUNYAC finals, while the men contend for the conference title Saturday afternoon. The Oswego ice hockey team hosts a do-or-die playoff game against archrival Plattsburgh Saturday.

Elements Quartet to present multimedia 'Snapshots'

New musical compositions based on photographs will be the focus of “Snapshots,” a multimedia performance by Elements Quartet at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 10, in Tyler Hall’s Waterman Theatre at SUNY Oswego.

SUNY Chancellor on campus today

imageState University of New York Chancellor Robert King is visiting SUNY Oswego today. At 3:30 p.m. in Room 101 of Lanigan Hall, he will give a 15-minute presentation on the State University, the state budget and tuition plans. The remainder of the hour will be open for questions from students, faculty and staff.

Dance elements put 'Big' production in motion
