If SFX finds only one instance of electronic full text and nothing in the catalog, it will take you straight to that full text.

If it finds more than one copy, you will see a screen like this example, listing databases in which it was found.  Clicking on "Go" for a particular database will take you to that article in that database.

In some cases, you will need to do some additional searching in the linked database to see the full text.
