2.5 Searching a General Periodical Database - The Results List

The citation list that appears includes information about whether an abstract or the text of the article is available.

Click on the blue link for an individual item to access this information.

Do this now for the search you have begun.

From the citations list you can also make a select list by marking those items of interest with a click in the box.

Then choose "View Mark List," which will take you to your select list - a bibliography of sorts.

Go back to "citations" now and try making a marked list.

When you have chosen some articles that look promising and moved to "View Mark List", you may want to save your list by printing or e-mailing the information.

See the buttons on the left side bar to make these choices, then follow the directions.

You will not receive the full-text by e-mail unless it is available on your screen.
