The Lake Effect Conference Room may be scheduled by faculty, students, and staff for meetings, group study, and presentation practice. The room and technology are intended for group scholastic activities or group/individual presentation practice. Individual study should be conducted elsewhere in the library.
Accommodations
- Conference table seats up to 10.
- Flat screen TV for teleconferences, DVD/VHS, and laptop display.
- Instructions for using the equipment are posted in the room.

Technical Assistance
- For technical assistance, Ask at the Information Desk. The librarian will contact technology staff when they are available for help with the room's equipment, or if they are not, contact the ATC Help Desk at 3554.
Policy
- The room is available whenever the library is open.
- If the room is not reserved, it is available on a first come first served basis. Please be considerate of others by not monopolizing the room or its technology.
- A group representative may make a reservation for a maximum of 2 hours/week. We do not accept standing reservations (e.g. no ongoing reservation for the same time each week or each month).
- Submit reservation requests at least one business day (M-F 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.) prior to the time needed. Requests will not be processed evenings or weekends.
- Reservations are not effective until you receive an e-mail confirmation.
- If you do not arrive within 15 minutes after the time your reservation begins, you forfeit your scheduled time.
