- Portable CD Players are loaned (at the Periodicals Media Desk) for in-library use only (excluding 24-hour room).
- Portable CD Players are loaned for 4 hour intervals and may be renewed (see below). Please note the time you checked the CD Player out to prevent the accrual of late fees.
- Portable CD Player late fees are $1.00 per hour, to a maximum of $25.00 There is a 15 minute grace period for late Portable CD Players.
- Portable CD Player renewals are permitted only if no one else is waiting to use one.
- You are responsible for any damage done to the Portable CD Player while it is in your possession.
- As stated in your student handbook, theft or mutilation/damage of library materials is a criminal offense and shall be charged under the student conduct code, and may also be prosecuted to the full extent of the law through the New York State criminal courts.
- If there's a problem with the Portable CD Player, please bring it to the Periodicals Media Desk and we'll see what we can do to help you.
