Katie Margensey ‘10, a native of Oswego and sophomore biology major, receives hands-on experience in and out of the classroom that will help prepare her for a career in the biology field.

As a member of the Student Association Volunteer Ambulance Corp. (SAVAC), Katie can strengthen her skills in emergency medicine.  Katie believes that her classroom experiences, interesting and engaging professors, and latest in technology and laboratory equipment help to facilitate her training at Oswego.

Katie is glad that she was able to find a great education right in her hometown where she can be a member of the Oswego Town Volunteer Fire Department when she is not studying for her classes.
