The Fitness Centers strive to promote students' personal wellness by offering programs and services that enhance physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.  We aspire to create a community committed to enthusiastic, lifelong involvement in physical fitness for continued happiness and personal growth.

The fitness center is free for Students.  Staff or faculty members presently affiliated with SUNY Oswego, spouses, partners in qualifying domestic relationships, dependents and Alumni may also join the Fitness Centers using the non-student membership form for a moderate fee. All members are entitled to use both Cooper and Glimmerglass Fitness Centers.

Campus Recreation fitness Student staff operate both centers along with Campus Recreation Professional staff and  two graduate assistants. 

HOURS OF OPERATION

We offer 2 convientent locations:

Cooper Fitness Center: Located between Hart and Funnelle Residence halls.

Glimmerglass Fitness Center: Located between Oneida and Onondaga Residence halls.
