AN ONLINE EVENT!

All of SUNY Oswego's courses for WinterSession 2014 will be offered online. No more worries about winter storms or getting to your class on time. No more worries about having to miss out on your family time! As always, we'll be offering a wide array of courses (graduate and undergraduate) during WinterSession in the attempt to meet everyone's needs. From anthropology to chemistry to history to music to psychology to theatre (and many more), our courses will offer something for everyone! The WinterSession 2014 course schedule will be posted online in early October.
Registration for WinterSession courses will begin in mid- to late-October.
Because WinterSession happens in a short time frame, students may take no more than one course. Exceptions will not be permitted.
Parking and/or any other holds on your account will prevent you from registering for your WinterSession course. Please check for any holds you may have online at myoswego.oswego.edu before attempting to register.
Where Will I Take My WinterSession Course?
That's up to you! Location? Not an issue. Since all courses offered during WinterSession 2014 are online, students may take their course from anywhere they please. Weather concerns? Not an issue. Poor driving conditions? Not an issue. Cancelled classes because of the weather? Not an issue. All you need is a computer with internet access to be part of WinterSession!
Can I Receive Financial Aid for a WinterSession course?
No federal financial aid is available for WinterSession because you may take only one course during this time -- and a minimum of six credit hours of coursework is required for aid. Private or alternative loans, however, are potentially available.
