WinterSession 2012

For the first time ever, all of SUNY Oswego's courses for WinterSession 2012 are being offered online! We are offering a wide array of courses (graduate and undergraduate) during this WinterSession in the attempt to meet everyone's needs. From anthropology to chemistry to history to music to psychology to theatre (and many more), our courses offer something for everyone!
Because of the short time frame in WinterSession during which these courses will be offered, students may take no more than one course. Exceptions will not be permitted.
Parking and/or any other holds on your account will prevent you from registering for your WinterSession course. Please check for any holds you may have online at myoswego.oswego.edu before attempting to register.
Where Will I Take My WinterSession Course?
That's up to you! Location? Not an issue. Since all courses offered during WinterSession 2012 are being offered online, students may take their courses from anywhere they please. Weather concerns? Not an issue. Poor driving conditions? Not an issue. Cancelled classes because of the weather? Not an issue. All you need is a computer with internet access to be part of this year's WinterSession!
Can I Receive Financial Aid for a WinterSession course?
No federal financial aid is available for WinterSession because you may take but one course during this time -- and a minimum of six credit hours of coursework is required for such aid. Private or alternative loans, however, are potentially available.
