Series Overview
This empowerment series is designed for you. In an environment of support and camaraderie, we focus on enriching the personal and professional aspects of our lives and building skills to support success. As women's roles in culture and in the workplace have evolved over time, the necessary support systems have not kept pace with our changing needs.
More than ever, women are searching for balance and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. The reality is that these two worlds are an intertwined, symbiotic relationship, with one world affecting the other. There are some basic principles that universally apply to both worlds. The scope of the mini-retreats is to help, inspire and transform the individual, and position her for fulfillment and success in various facets of life.
Each full-day mini retreat is a practical skill - building session, and involves ‘understanding, applying, and practicing': Concepts and ideas are introduced, participants internalize and make connections to the relevance in their lives, and helpful tools and techniques are learned and practiced with the goal of changing the mindset and behavior. Sessions compliment and build on one another in a cohesive progression, however each session has a specific focus and can stand alone.
