This workshop is designed to provide you with all the information and resources you need to understand doing business with the government. Interactive training includes:
Federal Procurement:
· What the value is of being a vendor to the federal government
· Registration requirements
· Types of procurement
· Overview and process of the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov)
· How to differentiate your business from your competitors
· Where to find federal opportunities
· How to market to the government
· Where to obtain subcontracts
· And much more....
State Procurement:
· What opportunities are available within New York State
· Overview of NYS contracting
· What certification and registrations are required
· How to find the opportunities
The program is designed to assist your business with all the tools and information needed to compete in the Federal marketplace. We will work with computers to show you how to access the information and we will provide guides needed for future review. Once completed you will have cracked the code on Federal procurement.
