Directions
From the North
Exit I-81 south at S. Clinton St. and proceed straight three traffic lights to the intersection with W. Washington St. The Atrium is on the left.
From the West
Thruway to and/or Route 690 East to Genesee St. exit, turn left onto W. Genesee St. and turn right on S. Clinton St. The Atrium is on the left.
From the South
I-81 to Route 690 West, exiting immediately on West Street. Turn left on W. Fayette St, turn left on S Franklin Street and right one block north on West Washington St. The Atrium is on the left.
From the East
Route 690 West, exiting on West Street South. Turn left on W. Fayette St., turn left on S Franklin St. and right one block north on W. Washington St. The Atrium is on the left.
Parking Options
The Atrium Parking Garage
Located at the corner of Franklin and Washington Streets. Enter the garage from Franklin Street and take ticket, bring ticket to the Metro Center for validation to get the Metro Center daily rate of $4.00 (ignore signage to leave ticket on dash). When exiting the garage payment is made after inserting ticket into machine, the payment must be made with cash. The Atrium Parking garage is ADA compliant and secure.
The Clinton Street Parking Garage
Located on Clinton Street 2 blocks south of the Atrium Building. Enter the garage from Clinton Street in the middle of the block after Fayette Street and take ticket, bring ticket to the Metro Center for validation to get the Metro Center daily rate of $4.00. When exiting the garage payment is made after inserting ticket into machine, the payment must be made with cash or a credit card.
Municipal Parking Lot
A Syracuse city metered lot is directly south of The Atrium with entrances from both Clinton St. and Washington St. The current rate is $2.50 for 2 hours, you can pay with cash or credit/debit card. You can only pay for 2 hours at a time. This lot has free parking from 6pm - 9am Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
M&T Parking Garage
M&T Bank has a parking garage just east of The Atrium with the entrance from Washington St. The daily rate is currently $5.35 and this garage closes at 7pm.
Evening Parking For evening classes, parking on the streets surrounding the Metro Center and at the municipal lot across from the Atrium may be easier. Street parking is free from 6pm-9am Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
